BAL Cell Atlas
This website serves as a data visualization tool supporting our research on bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) scRNA-seq atlas.
Brief Introduction of Website Pages:
- UMAP Explorer: Provides a UMAP plot for visualizing gene expression of a marker gene, either in a cell type-specific manner or across the entire dataset.
- Gene Explorer: Displays a boxplot illustrating the distribution of gene expression for a marker gene across different cell types.
- Prediction: Allows users to upload their own data in RDS format to obtain predicted cell types for each cell and download the prediction results.
