BAL Cell Atlas

This website is the data visualization tool accompanying our research on bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) samples.

Brief Introduction of Website Pages:

UMAP Explorer: Visualizes gene expression distribution on UMAP embeddings, showing specific gene expression in different cell types.
Gene Explorer: Enables quantitative exploration of an input gene’s cell type-specific expression patterns for BAL samples through Boxplot visualization.
Prediction: Allows users to upload their own data and use our model for prediction and download the prediction.
